Job Description

As an IT Support & Helpdesk Executive, you will be part of the IT operations team responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users. You will help resolve hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT functioning within the organization.

This role is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in IT support, system administration, or technical services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Maintain IT assets and ensure proper documentation of issues and resolutions.
Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams.
Assist in system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
Ensure timely resolution of tickets as per SLA guidelines.
Support onboarding and offboarding by setting up user accounts and systems.
Maintain security practices such as password policies and antivirus updates.

Skill & Experience

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
Good understanding of MS Office tools and email systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
